Our services begins with initial due diligence and continues through document preparation and negotiation, title and survey review and ultimately the closing.

We represent both landlords and tenants in the leasing of all types of properties, including offices, retail stores, malls, industrial and warehouse properties. We prepare and/or review leases, subleases and assignments of leases for all such properties.

Residential Leasing
